The Center is managed by three Principals and staffed by approximately two dozen professionals with a unique array of expertise, including: criminal justice management and operations; institutional management; probation and parole supervision; offender classification; legal considerations in criminal justice; clinical psychology; domestic violence; social sciences research; organizational development; event management; and information technology.

Locations
The Center's headquarters is located just outside of Washington, D.C. in Silver Spring, Maryland. The Center also has key staff in satellite offices across the country.
